Bungee Fit Excursion Permission Form

Tuesday 7/07/2026 - Bungee Fit, Morningside

Children will travel to Bungee Fit, Morningaide to participate in a Bungee Fitness and Aerial Skills workshop with trained instructors.

Travel Details Group 1:

1. Bulimba State School to Bungee Fit (395 Riverside Place, Morningside) via Town & Country Coaches, seat belted bus. 
Departing Bulimba State School at 9.30am
Arriving at Bungee Fit at 9.45am

2. Bungee Fit to Bulimba OSHC (271 Oxford St, Bulimba) via Town & Country Coaches, seat belted bus. 
Departing Bungee Fit at 11.45pm
Arriving at Bulimba OSHC at 12.00pm

Travel Details Group 2:

1. Bulimba State School to Bungee Fit (395 Riverside Place, Morningside) via Town & Country Coaches, seat belted bus. 
Departing Bulimba State School at 12.30pm
Arriving at Bungee Fit at 12.45pm

2. Bungee Fit to Bulimba OSHC (271 Oxford St, Bulimba) via Town & Country Coaches, seat belted bus. 
Departing Bungee Fit at 2.45pm
Arriving at Bulimba OSHC at 3.00pm

Other Details

Please arrive by 8:30am in order for children to receive important excursion information before departure.

At the request of Bungee Fit to allow for age approiproate activities, groups will be based on age groups and will be finalised the day before the excursion. 

Staff to children ratio: 1:10

Approximate number of children attending with each group: 35

Approximate number of educators attending with each group: 5

What to bring: 

1. Red, sun safe shirt

2. Backpack with water bottle

3. Wide brimmed hat

4. Comfortable clothes

5. Closed in shoes with socks (no sandals)

6. NO money

A Risk Assessment has been prepared for the excursion and is available at the Service. 

The Service also has a Transporting Children Policy and Procedure that is readily available at the Service. 

By ticking the consent box below and signing this form, parents/guardians agree to the following:

• I agree to notify the centre by 8am if my child is not attending the excursion.

• I understand that if my child/ren does not arrive in time for departure, no phone calls will be made and they will miss out on the experience.

• I understand that my child will be attending an excursion off site, as per the travel details listed above and detailed in our risk assessment. Any changes to these details will be communicated immediately.

• I have discussed with my child/ren the importance of following educator directions & instructions (any child displaying inappropriate behaviour will result in a review of ability to attend further excursions).

• I understand there is no refund for cancellations of excursions from time of booking if notice is not given 7 days prior to the booked session, as per our cancellation policy.
